The Volvo Penta Injector Sleeve Set (861255) is designed to ensure correct installation and sealing of the fuel injectors in Volvo Penta marine diesel engines. Injector sleeves (also known as injector cups or bushes) protect the cylinder head and provide a proper sealing surface between the injector and the combustion chamber.

Replacing worn or damaged injector sleeves is essential to prevent fuel leakage, combustion gas blow-by, and cooling system contamination. This set is manufactured to OEM-equivalent specifications for accurate fitment and reliable long-term performance.
